Gay Circus Barcelona:
masculine acrobatics for a gay-friendly public, ›a spectacle directed to all people without prejudices‹. There are already gay themed works in literature, cinema, theater and ballet, but the first gay themed circus will be shown in Barcelona this summer at the weekend of the gay EuroGames sports event.
The story of the show is ›like a dialogue between angels and devils, the eternal conflict between the Good and the Evil‹, and has numerous references to literature, painting, dance, sculpture, photography and cinema.
Each show can be seen by up to 1000 visitors and is 25–55 € per ticket.
25, 26, 27 and 28 July @ Moll of Barceloneta (Passeig de Joan de Borbó)
